Imports
Here at Overseas Trade we realise how important importing is. Importing is movements of goods or service into one country from another country, typically for trade use. Goods and service are provided to domestic consumers by foreign producers.
International trade is formed from the basis of imports and exports. Customs and customs authorities in both the country of import and the country of export are usually involved and subject to import quotas, tariffs and trade agreements.
When the ‘imports’ are the actual set of imported goods and services then ‘Imports’ also means the economic value of all goods and services that are imported.
